作用
该系统由一个使用 Python 编写的程序组成,该程序使用 speech_recognition 库和 Gemini API 来转写呼叫中心客服人员的通话录音。Gemini 通过识别通话中的客服人员和客户来处理对话。转写通话并拨打电话后,该程序会使用预先创建的文本矩阵,通过两个提示(转写内容和质量标准)与 Gemini 协同工作。最终,此过程会在几秒钟内提供对通话的评估。
