What it does

Pathway help users choose a career path based on their interests and hobbies, providing suggestions and preparation material, together with interview training to get into the industry of choice. In a few easy steps they will have a better vision of what options they have and make a decision on the way forward, be it someone who is just starting or someone who already has experience and want to make a career change. We used Gemini to suggest Job positions based on hobbies and interests, and then as the user progresses, Gemini also suggests what skills someone needs in order to perform at the chosen area, also listing which companies are interested in these areas based on the user's country. User can click on the interested skill to get to a course or study material related to that skill, also provided by Gemini.
As the user progresses further into the steps, the user is now able to generate a fully formatted Resume, generated by Gemini, already tailored towards the area of interest. User can modify and update information on the resume as they wish and then continue towards reaching out to the companies on the next steps. With this information we reach the final steps where the user is able to create an automatic task routine, where from the suggested companies, they can choose to submit the resume on a weekly basis and while they wait for a possible interview, they can also use the application to prepare for the interview, being assisted by Gemini.
