What it does

Wiggl is a startup focused on addressing musculoskeletal issues, such as back pain and neck pain. Our mission is to predict, prevent, educate, and mitigate these issues in a highly personalized way, and that’s where Gemini helps us.

Wiggl is a comprehensive wellness platform. We integrate with Google Health Connect and Apple HealthKit to aggregate user physical activity data from various apps. This data enables us to provide users with a Wiggl Score, indicating their readiness for the day, along with several other personalized scores. Such integrations are also used to predict possible issues like back pain in real-time. Users can engage with these scores, discuss them, and build weekly plans with our Smart Wellness Assistant.

The core of our platform is the Smart Wellness Assistant, an enhanced chatbot that utilizes Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and tools API, leveraging both Gemini 1.5 Pro and Fast versions for different use cases. This feature allows users to simply ask questions and find what they need without navigating through complex menus. Users can also report any problems, pain, or discomfort through the chat and receive personalized weekly plans and recommendations.

Gemini acts as a bridge between our system, doctor knowledge, and user needs, facilitating seamless communication and integration. It helps us in many ways, even assisting our doctors in preparing our Wiggl content that will be used in the app later.
