Wishpoint

What it does

Wishpoint is a Flutter application utilizing Gemini AI, Google Places API & Firebase. It allows users to find real place recommendations based on their search queries - "wishes" that can encompass a wide range of desires.
User can speak or type a desired query and Gemini AI transforms it into function call with appropriate keywords and location (https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/docs/function-calling).

Wishpoint is using Google Places API to fetch places & place details. Firebase is used as its backend for authorization, database (Firestore), remote config & crash reporting. Smooth UI & logic was built with the one and only Flutter framework.
