public TensorOperatorWrapper (TensorOperator 運算空間)
將 TensorOperator 物件納入為 ImageOperator，讓 TensorOperator 能夠處理基礎 TensorBuffer 來處理 TensorImage 物件。
必要條件：套用圖片時，op 不應變更座標系統。
